Polymetals required tailored labour support to bring the Endeavor Lead-Zinc-Silver mine back into production after five years in care and maintenance. Restarting such a complex site demanded trusted contractors, flexible resourcing and high-quality trade labour that could meet rigorous compliance, functional fitness and operational readiness standards under tight timeframes.
We developed a custom labour supply agreement, working closely with site management to understand operational gaps and project phases. Our team supplied electricians and tradespeople who were compliant, inducted and aligned to the client’s standards. Since October 2024, we have delivered over 6,000 hours of incidentfree labour, successfully supporting production preparation and reactivation of the mine.
The mine successfully returned to producing concentrate within eight months of engagement.
